Bay City Roller
A blended Scotch old-fashioned with Averna, a little simple syrup, and an orange twist. It is off-dry and strong at about 25% ABV.

A blended Scotch sour with peach liqueur, pineapple and lemon juices, and cumin syrup. It is tart, medium-sweet, and moderately strong at about 16% ABV.
Peach liqueur, pineapple, lemon and cumin syrup with the same Scotch make it lighter and tart, fruity and savory-spiced rather than bittersweet.

Stinger
A Cognac drink with white crème de menthe and a little simple syrup, served on the rocks with mint. It is off-dry and fairly strong at about 18% ABV.
